Shipping Methods

For international shipping, we offer two reliable shipping methods:

  1. Japan Post: Japan Post provides a secure and efficient shipping service, ensuring your package arrives in a timely manner using standard Air Shipping, small orders will be shipped using this service and should be delivered in 1-3 weeks at most. Limited to 2kg weight total in many cases.
  2. FedEx: As an alternative option, we also offer shipping through FedEx. FedEx is known for its global network and reliable delivery service, providing you with tracking and speed, orders that have a shipping price of more than $15-20 will be shipped using FEDEX. Orders shipped by Fedex will arrive within 2-5 days.

Please note we cannot declare a low value on the label or label your package as a 'gift.'

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). This allows you to monitor the progress of your package and estimate its arrival date.

All other countries should have no fee, the final charge is displayed at checkout before making a payment.
